About Dubai Water Tankers

Why we started

Ordering water in Dubai was harder than it should be: prices only shared at the gate, promises of 30-minute deliveries no heavy truck can keep, 1,000-gallon minimums, and no way to know whether the truck bringing your drinking water had carried salt water the day before. We built Dubai Water Tankers to fix those four things, with villa owners and small construction sites in mind.

The Dubai Water Tankers team

We are a small Dubai team covering sales, customer service and operations. We answer WhatsApp and phone ourselves, 24/7, in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi.

The truck

• Capacity: 2,500 US gallons (about 9,464 litres).
• Water: sweet (drinking) water only — never salt or construction water.
• Filling: at an approved drinking-water filling station.

Our partner network

For loads bigger than our truck, for busy days, and for all salt (non-potable) water, we work with vetted partner tankers. You still deal with one contact, one price and one receipt.

How we price

Our published starting prices include delivery and exclude VAT. For your order, we confirm one fixed delivered price on WhatsApp before dispatch, based on quantity, timing and access — and it doesn't change at the gate.

How we dispatch

1. We check where the truck is and a legal route for a heavy vehicle at that time of day.
2. We give you a realistic arrival time — typically about an hour.
3. We message you when the truck leaves, and deliver.
