Is tanker water from Dubai Water Tankers safe to drink?
Our tanker carries drinking water only and fills at an approved filling station, following Dubai Municipality's guideline for unbottled drinking water. It never carries salt or construction water. You can verify any load: ask for a photo of the filling receipt, and check the “Drinking water” marking on the truck when it arrives.

Where the water comes from
We fill only at approved drinking-water filling stations in Dubai. Ask for the filling receipt for your load and we'll send a photo on WhatsApp.
What Dubai Municipality requires
Dubai Municipality's Technical Guidelines for Quality of Unbottled Drinking Water (DM-HSD-GU17-DW2, 2024) set rules for drinking-water tankers, including:
- They must not be used for any other purpose.
- They fill only at approved filling stations.
- They are marked “Drinking water” in Arabic and English.

How to verify any supplier
- Is the tanker used only for drinking water?
- Where was it filled? Can you see the receipt?
- Is it marked “Drinking water” in Arabic and English?
- Who operates it, and will you get a receipt?
