Quotes
We confirm a fixed delivered price before dispatch, based on the quantity, location, timing and access you describe. If conditions on arrival differ materially, we agree any change with you before continuing.
Arrival times
Arrival times are estimates. Heavy-vehicle road restrictions, traffic and access rules can cause delays; we keep you updated.
Access
You arrange gate passes or permits your community or site requires, and safe access to the tank, pool or site tank.
Water types
Sweet water is delivered in a drinking-water-only tanker. Salt (non-potable) water is delivered by separate partner tankers and must not be used for drinking, pools or concrete.
Payment
Cash or bank transfer, due on delivery unless a company account has agreed terms. Prices exclude VAT.
