Frequently asked questions
Is there really a water tanker available 24 hours in Dubai?
Yes. We take orders and deliver around the clock. Night deliveries are often quicker because traffic is lighter and some daytime truck restrictions don't apply.
Why can't you promise 30 minutes?
Water tankers are heavy trucks. From 1 October 2026 trucks are banned from Sheikh Zayed Road between 6 am and 10 pm, and creek crossings are closed to them around the clock, so a route can take longer than a car would. We quote a real arrival time instead.
Is an emergency delivery more expensive?
It can be when a truck has to leave its planned route. Any extra is part of the fixed price we give you before dispatch — nothing is added at the gate.
What should I do while I wait?
Switch off the pump if the tank is empty, clear the route to the tank inlet, and let community security know a tanker is coming.
What counts as an emergency?
No water in the house, a building without supply, a site that can't work, or a burst pipe that emptied the tank. Choose “Urgent” in the order form and we prioritise you.
