Ordering
How do I order a water tanker in Dubai?
Send your area, quantity and timing on WhatsApp, or fill in the order form, which writes the message for you. We reply with a fixed delivered price and an arrival time before anything is dispatched.
What details should I send?
A location pin, how much water you need (or the tank or pool size), sweet or salt water, when you need it, the tank type, and any gate or access rules.
Can I order by phone instead of WhatsApp?
Yes, call +971 52 954 4015. WhatsApp is faster because you can share a location pin.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Not yet — Dubai only.
What is the smallest order?
200 gallons (about 757 litres). Most suppliers start at 1,000 gallons.

How much does a water tanker cost in Dubai?
It depends on the tanker size, water type, distance, urgency and access. Send your area and quantity on WhatsApp and we reply within 10 minutes with one fixed delivered price. See what changes the price.
How do I get a price for 1,000 gallons?
Send your area and “1,000 gallons” on WhatsApp; we reply with a fixed delivered price before anything is dispatched.
Does the price include delivery?
Yes. You get one delivered price before dispatch.
How do I pay?
Cash or bank transfer, after the water is delivered. Company accounts can move to a monthly invoice.
Is VAT included?
No. VAT is added on the invoice.
Can the price change at the gate?
No. If something on site differs a lot from what you described — a much longer hose run, for example — we agree it with you before continuing.
Water quality
What is sweet water?
The Gulf term for fresh, potable water — water fit for drinking and household use.
Is your water safe to drink?
Our tanker carries drinking water only and fills at an approved station, as Dubai Municipality requires. See water quality.
Can I see proof of where the water came from?
Yes — ask for a photo of the filling receipt for your load.
Do you ever carry salt water in the same truck?
Never. Salt water comes in separate partner tankers.
Why does my tank water look cloudy after a delivery?
Usually air bubbles or sediment stirred up in your own tank. It normally settles; if it doesn't clear, stop drinking it and have the tank checked.
Villas
My villa has no water — what should I check first?
Call DEWA on 991 for outages, then check the underground tank. Empty tank → order a tanker. Full tank but dry taps → the pump or a valve; call a plumber. See our low pressure guide.
Which tank does the tanker fill?
The underground tank, through its inlet. Your pump then fills the rooftop tank as usual.
How much water should I order for my villa?
Only what the tank can hold: its capacity minus what is inside. Inside length × width × height in metres × 264 gives US gallons.
Can you supply a new villa before DEWA connects it?
Yes, on a regular schedule. See water before a DEWA connection.
Do you refill after tank cleaning?
Yes — we time the delivery for when the cleaners finish.
Construction
What water does a construction site need?
Sweet water for workers, mixing, curing and cleaning; salt water only for compaction and dust suppression.
Can salt water be used in concrete?
No. It corrodes steel reinforcement. Use sweet water for mixing and curing.
How much water per cubic metre of concrete?
Typically 150–200 litres, set by the mix design. See water for concrete.
Can you deliver to a villa plot every day?
Yes, on a fixed daily slot planned around truck road restrictions.
Do you invoice contractors monthly?
Yes, for regular accounts — one invoice listing every delivery.
What does the truck need on site?
A known gate, firm parking, room to turn or a banksman, and a site tank within hose reach. See the site access checklist.
Pools
How many tankers to fill a pool?
Pool volume in m³ ÷ 9.46, rounded up. A 50 m³ pool needs about six 2,500-gallon loads.
Do you add pool chemicals?
No. Your pool company balances the water after the fill.
Can you top up a pool in summer?
Yes, from 200 gallons.
Can you use salt water for a pool?
No. Pools are filled with sweet water only.

How fast can you deliver?
We run 24/7 across Dubai; typical arrival is about 1 hour, confirmed before dispatch.
Why might a delivery take longer than an hour?
Heavy trucks face road restrictions — from 1 October 2026 they are banned from Sheikh Zayed Road 6 am–10 pm and from creek crossings. We tell you the real time first.
Do you deliver at night?
Yes, 24/7. Night deliveries are often faster.
Can a tanker enter gated communities?
Yes. Tell security a water tanker is coming and arrange a pass in advance if your community needs one.
How far can the hose reach?
Tell us the distance from the parking spot to the inlet when you order and we confirm.
Will you tell me when the truck leaves?
Yes, we message you on WhatsApp when it is on the way.
