Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Dubai Water Tankers collects and your rights under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What we collect
- Order and contact form details: area or location, quantity, timing, tank type, access notes, name, phone and your message.
- WhatsApp and phone conversations about your order.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers (such as gclid, fbclid and UTM tags) and cookies set by Google and Meta — with your consent where required.
Why
- To quote, deliver and invoice your order.
- To measure which ads lead to real orders; we may send a hashed phone number and order value to Google Ads and Meta.
- To ask for a review after delivery.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept as long as UAE accounting law requires. Advertising identifiers are kept up to 90 days in your browser and up to 12 months in our records.
Sharing
Partner tanker operators (only what they need to deliver), Google and Meta (ad measurement), and our CRM and messaging providers. We never sell your data.
